Event Description
This hash starts at 11:30 a.m. and will take us to the cool hills of north-eastern Manchester, where we will be hashing through the Gourie Forest Estate. The hash will start at an elevation of approximately 890s meter above sea level, and will follow forest roads and bush trails. A moderate walk of approximately 4.7 km – false trails not included.

Route to Gourie Forest Hash. Travel time from 6 Miles, Kingston 1:45 (using the toll road T1) View the route in Google Maps here. https://goo.gl/maps/NzuPr2aTHGQ2 1. Travel from Kingston towards Manchester in westerly direction (preferably using the Toll Road which is currently J$440 + J$110 one way). 2. At the end of the Toll Road continue west in the direction of Porus going through Toll Gate, past Murray's Jerk Pit (on your right) and Juicy (on your left) and go through Scott's Pass and Porus. 3. After leaving Porus you take the next major RIGHT turn in the direction of Williamsfield. 4. Drive up the hill for about 5 km until you reach a round-a-bout, where you turn RIGHT (2nd exit) in the direction of Christiana. Continue straight and drive along the Christiana bypass, going straight through the traffic lights (14 km after the round-a-bout). 6. About 3km after the traffic light, you must make a sharp LEFT onto a country road. There will be a JaH3 sign here. Now you're almost at the hash site. 7. 150 meters after taking the sharp LEFT turn off the main road you will see a Cell Tower on the LEFT, continue for another 850 meters where you make another LEFT (not too sharp!) onto a forest path that brings you to the Gourie Forest Reserve.
