When the USA gained Independence only a small part of its current territory was inhabited. Following in the spirit of the American settlers who walked thousand of miles to make this one of the biggest countries still eating baked beans heated over open fires, American hare Mother Chucker with British hares Captain Compass, Stitcher and Betty Crocker set a seemingly never-ending trail exploring Kingston's Liguanea and Beverly Hills. Meanwhile Chuck's wife Tracey, a new arrival at the US Embassy, and friend Debbie prepared the food for the ravenous pack. Copious quantities of hamburger, hot dogs, potato salad and baked beans were served, not missing out relish, mustard, ketchup and "chips". Burp's and Rice N'Peas' alertness for naming opportunities prompted the Vicar to christen Jennifer "Sex" Williams and Gillian "Seven Inches" Apfel. Acting Assistant Deputy Hash Master Burp reigned over the circle and down downs in absence of the Hash Master, who was off the island attending the German Nash Hash this weekend in Koblenz.
