Directions : One hour and Forty Five minutes from Manor Park?
From Manor Park take the Junction Road through Stony Hill.
At the end of the Junction Road by the Round About take a right turn towards Port Antonio going through Annotto Bay.
From here you head towards Buff Bay going through and continue along until you get to the big Bridge by Rafters Rest.
Continue going around two sharp corners passing the Villa Buena Vista on the right.
After here you will take the next right turn at a very sharp corner followed by another right turn down a dirt track and follow the JAH 3 sign from here to the location where you will park up on the beach by the Rio Grande river.
