Event Description
Hashers!
This Hash is about 8km (yes, only 5 miles) along unused trails, track and a section of the quiet driving road. We start from Café Blue, at Irish Town (situated on the main road which leads to Hollywell) and trail back pathways up to the beautiful St Mark’s Anglican church, at Craighton. Then we walk down to the Hope river tributary at RafJam, and a steepish climb up a single pathway and eventually back to Redlight and Café Blue.
Some wonderful views along the way, and a different perspective of this route many of you have driven along, but never stopped and walked and explored.
Easy! For those who will feel the strain too early, one can turn round at a number of sections.
NB. This will entail a ‘live Hash’. The Hare will start 15 minutes before Hashers follow. Keep Up now.

Hash Directions
This is very easy. You all know where Cafe Blue is? You take the main driving road from Papine, as if going to Holywell. Cafe Blue is about 25 minutes from Papine, and is the popular restaurant/cafe in Irish Town, just past the police station. If you can car share, that is friendly. Parking is always a little tight, so be prepared to park up a little way from the cafe, and walk back to the meeting point. If anybody is using the 'What 3 Words' app, the location is fits.priced.rips
Hash Extras
This is not a hard Hash. About 8km, but turn backs available, if unable to make it round. (Why would you not be able to?). No rivers to cross, no deep forest.
