Yes Hashers!, our last gathering of 2023. JAH3’s Christmas Red Dress Hash.
We meet again, courtesy of Still Waters, at his house in Gordon Town, just over the bridge.
This trail is 8.5km (yes, a little over 5 miles) through forest trails and footpaths, and a few kilometers on the road. Passing by the tributaries of the Salt River and Hog Hole river, and a steep incline down! But a lovely trail.

No meals at Still Water's place. Please bring your own sustenance. Beers and soft drinks provided.

Hash Directions
This is very straightforward. Go to Gordon Town. When you reach the centre of Gordon Town you turn RIGHT and cross the bridge. You will see the Police station on your left as you turn to cross the bridge. Riverside Heights is immediately after the bridge, on your left side. There will be a Hash sign. NB. NB. It is not possible to park in Dave's Yard. So please park in the side road, or Gordon Town Square and just walk up. We have all done this a number of times.
Hash Extras
Please note. This is an 8.5km trial. It goes up hill on steepish community paths, and one steep down hill section. But all manageable, if a reasonable level of fitness and sure footedness is already acheived. But not suitable if you have not been walking for a long time, or on forest pathways. Will take a good two/two and half hours or more. A walking stick will be beneficial. NB. It is the Jamaican/German Choir festival on the same day, and some Hashers are both singing and attending. Hence we are starting at 9.30am. Oh Yes! A prize for the best 'Dressed in Red' male and female Hare.
